Are returns accepted and what is the procedure for returning a product?

You must request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any item. Please note: We will not accept packages that do not have an assigned Return Authorization Number. Please follow these simple instructions so we can process your return quickly and effectively. To request an RMA#, email our Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap).

 

Please allow us 5 - 10 business days from the time we receive the item to process your return. Note: merchandise returned with missing items is not eligible for a refund. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will determine the course of action; credit, repair or replacement.

 

Chargeback fee of 20% will be assessed on all electrics returned incomplete and/or damaged due to improper packaging.

 

All claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be directed to us NO LATER THAN 7 days after receipt of merchandise.

What shipping carriers do you use?
Shipments are available only via UPS and to addresses which are attended at all times during the business day. The Buyer is responsible for being available for delivery with payment ready. If a C.O.D. order is refused or unclaimed, the Buyer will be billed for the expenses incurred and agrees to reimburse us promptly upon billing. Our Commercial Espresso Makers can only be ordered by Contacting Us, because of the shipping cost (some of the Commercial Espresso Makers weight over 200 pounds, so we need to calculate shipping accurately).
Do you offer any warranty?

We stand behind all products sold. All of our electric products carry a One Year Warranty. All warranty coverage starts from date of purchase by the ultimate customer. Proof of Purchase may be requested. If the product stops functioning, please contact our Customer Service Department.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards through PayPal payment processor. Also, if you are a member of PayPal, you can alternatively pay from your PayPal personal account.
I ordered the item, but it's out of stock?
At any given time, we strive to keep all items in its catalog in-stock for at once shipment. Most orders are shipped out within one (1) or two (2) business day. Special order items will take longer to ship out (around 5 weeks). Occasionally we have to back-order an item. Most back-orders ship within three (3) weeks, although some take longer due to limited production of certain highly specialized products.
